Well today according to the Calgary Herald and CB , The High Court Justice in London, England invalidated Motorola’s  patent related to email gateway systems and went so far as to say even if it had been valid it hadn’t been infringed by two communications systems used by Research In Motion.

Motorola Droid, the best phone in android series, is currently available to US Verizon subscribers. Motorola has got very good response from mobile phone users and they have decided to bring it for worldwide users too. Official sources at Motorola have confirmed that they would be launching Motorola Droid ‘unlocked version’ in February 2010.
